The Local 402 Civil Rights Committee exists to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and equitably with respect to their working conditions and environment.

The world is made up of many types of people in all shapes and sizes. We all need to remember that race, age, gender, size, religion, or economic status shouldn’t be deciding factors in how we treat each other or how we interact.
